This Shipping Policy sets out our delivery locations, delivery times, carriers, and fees for orders within Singapore.

Shipping Locations

This Shipping Policy applies to orders delivered within Singapore. We do not currently ship outside of Singapore.

Delivery Times

Here are the estimated delivery times that apply to every order:

  • Order cutoff time: 12:00 AM SGT (Singapore Time). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, which may add an extra day to the delivery estimate.
  • Order handling time: 7–21 business days (Monday to Saturday). Some items are made to order or sourced from overseas workshops, which is reflected in this range.
  • Transit time: 3–7 business days (Monday to Saturday).
  • Estimated delivery time: 10–28 business days from order confirmation to delivery.

Carrier Services

We partner with trusted local logistics providers for all deliveries within Singapore. Once your order is ready, our delivery team will contact you to arrange a convenient slot.

Shipping Costs

Delivery fees are based on your order total and displayed at checkout:

  • Orders from S$0.01 to S$150.00: S$15 delivery fee.
  • Orders from S$150.01 to S$300.00: S$30 delivery fee.
  • Orders from S$300.01 and above: free delivery — no cost to the customer.

All prices and fees are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). No additional charges are added after checkout.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any issue with your delivery — including delays, damaged items, or missing packages — please contact our customer service team immediately. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. You can also reach us directly for any question about the status of your delivery.
