We strive to keep our prices the most competitive for the quality and design. We also provide a wide range and are able to provide close customization for you. We take great pride in ensuring that your customer experience is well taken care of and refunds are given if needed.
Finally, part of our profits go to furnishing charities and home makeovers for the underprivileged. When you fulfill your dream home, you are also helping to fulfill others’ dream home.
Can I view the products or material samples in person?
We operate primarily online to keep prices competitive. However, we can provide real life images and colour swatches for your reference.
We also provide a 5 year warranty and guarantee to ensure the risk you bear is close to zero.
Can I request customization for an item?
Yes — for certain products we offer customization (e.g. size, materials, finishes). Contact us to check whether the item qualifies. You may send us references and we will do your best to custom make it for you.
Do you ship outside of Singapore?
Yes that can be arranged on case by case basis, do Whatsapp us to enquire.
What is the lead-time if I place an order today?
Our typical lead time is about 3 to 6 weeks from order placement. This is only an estimate. We will provide prompt updates on the delivery timing and process.
What is your return or exchange policy?
We offer a one-to-one exchange only for items with major manufacturer defects. However, this is rare as we will check the quality thoroughly before delivering it to you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all payment methods listed on the website check out page.
Can I cancel my order?
Once payment is made, production begins very soon. Hence, there is a 5 hour refund window policy.
Is there warranty coverage?
Yes. All standard items come with a warranty covering manufacturing defects for a period of 5 years. This includes any defects or construction that affect the normal use or stability of the product.
Delivery & Shipping
Can I combine multiple orders for a single delivery?
If your second order is placed within 7 days of the first and does not include oversized items (like wardrobes or large bed frames), we may combine deliveries to save you cost.
Can I choose a specific delivery date or time?
We will provide a delivery window a few days before your scheduled delivery. We will do our best to meet your requests.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Yes — deliveries are available Monday to Sunday. We do not deliver on public holidays. Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule.
Is self-collection an option?
Yes — you may choose to collect from our warehouse. For large items, we recommend using a suitable van or lorry (e.g. via third-party movers) for transportation.
Can you store my items until I’m ready for delivery
Yes,you'll need to inform us of an approximate delivery date after placing your order. Some basic charges may apply.
Do you offer furniture disposal/ removal services during delivery?
Yes — we can arrange disposal of old furniture during delivery for an additional fee. You can request this when confirming your delivery.
What if I can’t receive the delivery on the scheduled date?
If you need to change your delivery date or time, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Changes on short notice may result in rescheduling to a later availability slot.
What if the furniture doesn’t fit into the lift or hallway?
We depend on you to inform us in advance if there are access constraints (e.g. narrow lift, stairwell only). For large items exceeding certain dimensions, stair delivery may incur extra charges.
What if the delivered item differs slightly in colour, size, or texture?
Please note: due to natural variations in materials and differences in photo representation, slight variations in colour, grain, finish, or texture may occur. These are expected and not considered defects — especially for items made with natural wood or materials.
