Where is Avora located?

Avora is a Singapore-based business offering furniture for Singapore homes, with shipping available across Singapore only.

What if I receive a defective product?

If you receive a defective item, we will replace it at no cost. Please contact us at hello@avora.sg and return the item within 7 days of delivery. For more information, see our Refund & Return Policy.

Can I cancel my order after it's placed?

What is your return policy?

When will I get my refund after returning a product?

Do you offer any warranties or guarantees on your products?

Yes — all Avora products come with a 5-year warranty covering structural and manufacturing defects that affect the normal use or stability of the product. Delivery & Shipping

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes — we offer free delivery on all orders of S$300.01 and above within Singapore. Orders from S$0.01 to S$150.00 are charged S$15 delivery, and orders from S$150.01 to S$300.00 are charged S$30. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Do you ship internationally?

No — we currently ship exclusively within Singapore.
