At Avora,

7-Day Return Window

You have 7 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unused, unassembled, and returned with their original packaging, tags, and accessories. Restocking Fee: S$0 — we do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Return Costs

For Defective or Incorrect Products: No cost to the customer. This applies when the product is incorrect, damaged in transit, or defective in any other way.

For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): The customer pays the actual return shipping cost. This applies when the customer orders the wrong item, it does not fit, or they no longer want it. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact Us: Email hello@avora.sg with your order number and reason for the return.

2. Pack Your Item: Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documents.

3. Send It Back: Ship your return using the instructions provided in your return authorisation email.

Refund Process

Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.

Refund Timing: After approval, your refund will be processed. It typically takes up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Warranty

All Avora products come with a 5-year warranty covering structural and manufacturing defects that affect the normal use or stability of the product. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or cosmetic variations in natural materials. To make a warranty claim, contact us at hello@avora.sg with your order number and photos of the issue.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, colour, or product, contact us at hello@avora.sg and we will help you with a quick exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, some items are not eligible for return. These products are clearly marked as non-returnable on their product pages.

Cancellation Window
